Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of KGEP's platform and simulation services. By creating an account, you agree to these terms in full.
Service
KGEP provides computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation services on a project basis. By creating an account you enter into a binding agreement under these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, ensuring the accuracy of project specifications you submit, and using the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
Deliverables & revisions
Deliverables are defined per project brief. Minor revisions within scope are included. Changes to scope, geometry, or boundary conditions after simulation begins may incur additional charges agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Simulation outputs and reports delivered to you are yours upon full payment. KGEP retains all rights to its methodology, tooling, templates, and platform infrastructure.
Payment & cancellation
Payment terms are specified at project acceptance. Cancellations before simulation begins are refunded minus setup costs. No refunds after simulation has started.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is" for engineering guidance purposes. KGEP is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of simulation results. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.
