Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KGEP collects, uses, and protects your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD).
Data we collect
Email address, encrypted password (via Supabase Auth), and project details you submit. When signing in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We also store a consent timestamp at account creation.
How we use it
To create and manage your account, deliver CFD simulation services you request, and send transactional emails (account confirmation, project updates). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Analytics & engagement
We log anonymized engagement signals to understand how the site is used. No personal data is stored alongside these events, and access is restricted to our team.
Data storage
Account data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Project deliverable files are stored in Cloudflare R2. Data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
